Michigan Supreme Court denies application from man convicted of killing student in crash

KALAMAZOO, MI — The Michigan Supreme Court has denied an application to consider the case of a 2021 crash that killed a college student.

Attorneys presented arguments to the court earlier this month. The Michigan Supreme Court released an order Monday, May 18, denying the application to further consider the case.
