(KRON) — Rohnert Park police officers are handing out citations this May to juveniles riding electric scooters.
Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety officials explained that California requires juveniles to have a learner’s permit or driver’s license to operate an e-scooter. Riders under 18 also must wear a helmet.
