AUSTIN (KXAN) — An early morning phone call is something Shannon Swank said she will never forget.
“She’s just hysterical, yelling, ‘Sean was shot, Sean was shot!’” Swank recalled.
On the other end of the line was her sister-in-law — delivering devastating news. Swank’s twin brother, Sean, a self-employed real estate agent, was shot while walking his dog in his own neighborhood. Investigators said the shooting was random.
