WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill (WTVO) — The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man with an active warrant following a traffic stop Tuesday night.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies conducted a traffic stop around 8:20 p.m. near State Street and Mulford Road for multiple traffic violations.
