ST. LOUIS — The city of St. Louis’ Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority has issued a request for bids for stabilization work at the long-vacant Cleveland High School, the latest step in the city’s effort to redevelop the building.
The work is aimed at repairing damage and preventing further deterioration of the roughly 235,000-square-foot building at 4352 Louisiana Ave. in Dutchtown, which has sat vacant for nearly two decades.
