ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) announced the lineup for the 2026 Capital Concert Series. This year’s first performance is set for June 24.

Held at the Empire State Plaza in Albany, the series is part of OGS’s annual “Summer at the Plaza” events. The four Wednesday night shows will feature nationally touring headliners, including iconic classic rock band Kansas, reggae star Ding Dong, Grammy Award-nominated soul-pop band Lawrence, and hip-hop legend Ghostface Killah of Wu-Tang Clan.
“Every year, Team OGS transforms the Empire State Plaza into a musical summer escape for New Yorkers from across the Capital Region and the state to come together,” OGS Commissioner Jeanette Moy said. “This year’s concerts and festivals truly offer something for everyone.”

The Capital Concert Series performances are free to attend, open to the public, and will each host a variety of food vendors. All shows are scheduled to run from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
