Former Staunton PTA treasurer pleads guilty to taking funds

STAUNTON — A Staunton woman was convicted of taking money from an elementary school PTA while she was the treasurer.

On Tuesday, May 19, Felicia A. Neil, 39, pleaded guilty in Staunton Circuit Court to a charge of misdemeanor embezzlement.
