Wednesday’s state tournament game between Dickson County and Stewarts Creek was a stark contrast from what the Lady Cougars played on Tuesday. Stewarts Creek finished the game with a walk-off home run in the bottom of the seventh inning to win 3-2.
Tuesday was a beautiful day, although hot, while Wednesday couldn’t have been more different. That was the first of many differences between the two outings.
