ST. JOHNS, Mich. (WILX) – Several roads in downtown St. Johns are closed this week for a paving project, and businesses in the construction zone say the work is slowing customer traffic.
Crews are reconstructing North Clinton Avenue, Walker Street and Higham Street. Fresh asphalt and new parking lines are being rolled out across the downtown area.
