Memphis man sentenced for recording women in Kroger restroom, officials say

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A Memphis man was sentenced after prosecutors said he secretly recorded women inside a Southaven Kroger restroom using his cellphone.

District Attorney Matthew Barton said 39-year-old Skylar Flynn hid in a stall in the women’s restroom and took photos and videos of women without their knowledge.

Officials said someone in the restroom noticed Flynn and reported him. Investigators later connected Flynn to a similar incident, leading to his prosecution in DeSoto County.

Flynn was convicted of voyeurism and sentenced to three years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, followed by two years of post-release supervision. He also must register as a sex offender…
