AUSTIN, Texas — Grief and anger are growing in Austin after a weekend shooting spree that investigators say involved three teenagers firing more than 100 rounds across the city, injuring four people and leaving families wondering why it happened.
New video and a newly released affidavit describe 21 incidents in Austin within 24 hours, including 12 shootings and five stolen cars. The affidavit says many homes and buildings were shot, along with vehicles, and that two fire stations were struck.
Four people were injured in the spree, according to the affidavit, which says 105 shots were fired. One of the victims is a 16-year-old who remains hospitalized with a bullet lodged in his liver that cannot be removed…
