CINCINNATI (WXIX) — An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued statewide for an 80-year-old West Price Hill man, according to the Cincinnati Emergency Communication Center.
Roger Ludwick was last seen on Manss Avenue in West Price Hill around noon, the communication center said. He suffers from memory issues, and law enforcement is concerned for his safety.
Ludwick is six feet and five inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown plaid shirt and blue slacks.
He is believed to be driving a gray 1992 Ford Festiva with Ohio license plate number 353ZAP…
