Mother, 31-year-old man arrested after child suffers fractured bones, liver laceration, court documents say

CINCINNATI (WXIX) -A mother and a man have been arrested on felony charges after police say Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center reported severe physical abuse of a child.

Officers say Romeo Perez-Mendez, 31, was arrested and charged with felony endangering children and felonious assault. Angelica Marroquin-Aguilar, 24, was arrested and charged with felony endangering children, police said.
