COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Genise Taylor, the 24-year-old woman accused of DUI and killing 96-year-old Arthur Gilbert in a wrong-way crash on I-75 in March, has requested a Collier County judge to let her leave jail for rehab.
Taylor’s lawyer said in court that he filed a motion for the judge to consider her release for treatment.
