Battery explosion sparks fire, evacuates Horry Co. business

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — An Horry County business was evacuated after a battery exploded, according to a release from Horry County Fire Rescue (HCFR).

Just before 11:30 a.m., crews responded to the 600 block of Chestnut Road.
