LIVERPOOL, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Liverpool School District superintendent says he is still working to crack down on district spending, even after the 2026-2027 budget was passed on May 19.
“We’ve said all along this isn’t a one-year plan; if we tried to solve this in one year, we’d be looking at many more layoffs,” said Liverpool Superintendent Rick Chapman.
