NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – Gov. Josh Stein signed an executive order this week aimed at boosting the affordable housing supply across North Carolina.
The order calls on state agencies to use data and technology to learn more about housing needs, solutions and possible new development locations.
