Recovery Centers of America (RCA), an addiction and mental health treatment provider with facilities in nine states, is bringing its services to Worcester.
The Pennsylvania-based provider announced Thursday it will be opening a new facility at 70 Elm St. in Worcester this summer, but did not provide an exact date.
