MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department graduated the 149th class of recruits on Thursday night after rookie cops studied and trained for 171 days to make the cut.
At Bellevue Baptist Church in Cordova, the pomp and circumstance played for the “Best in Blue.”
