Fairfax residents say data center traffic causes long waits and unsafe driving

FAIRFAX, Iowa — With all the construction going on with the new data centers in Cedar Rapids, some other towns say they are dealing with nonstop traffic, drivers not following the rules of the road and a possible hefty price to pay to help handle the road conditions over the next few years.
