NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – New Orleans police arrested four teenagers they say ordered rideshare services and then carjacked the drivers at gunpoint.
Investigators linked the suspects to three carjackings in the Upper 9th Ward. Police said the crimes are connected, and all involved rideshares were called to the streets in the St. Roch and Desire neighborhoods.
