MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) — Officials from Montgomery County have conducted their pre-holiday gas pump sweep.
Montgomery County Auditor Karl Keith says his office found no illegal credit card skimmers during a large-scale gas pump inspection ahead of the busy Memorial Day travel weekend.
Weights & Measures inspectors checked 397 pumps across 42 gas stations throughout Montgomery County.
The sweep focused on stations located along major roadways and interstate exits expected to see the heaviest holiday traffic.
