NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — Drivers on Highway 31 or traveling toward it should expect major traffic impacts near Mile Marker 6, where all southbound lanes are currently closed.
North Myrtle Beach Police report there is no southbound access from Highway 9 or Robert Edge Parkway. Northbound traffic is reduced to one open lane. On social media, police shared an image that appears to show a crash at the location just before SC 22.
