I think we need to blame Ocala’s development and traffic woes on leaders, not Northerners

While I can understand the frustration expressed by the writer, I say this as someone originally from the North who has lived in Florida for the past 22 years: Many of the challenges Florida faces today are complex and cannot simply be blamed on newcomers.
