BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — Questions are lingering in Bedford County after a video showing a heated clash between a sheriff’s deputy and a man over a parking violation went viral on social media.
The man in the video is Christopher Ellis, who has since been charged with felonious assault on a law enforcement officer, obstruction of justice, driving while license is suspended or revoked, and parking in a fire lane.
