The Toledo Police Department wants to outsource the management of its impound lot, but the proposed change has left the current contractors confused.
“We work with the officers at the impound day-in and day-out, and if there was a problem or it wasn’t working, we’re not aware of it,” Patrick McKinney told members of Toledo City Council Thursday night.
