LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A teenager has been arrested and an 8-year-old child is dead after a hit-and-run collision Thursday night.
Officials with the Little Rock Police Department said that officers responded to a traffic collision around 8:30 p.m. near Windsor Drive involving a juvenile victim.
The child was transported to a local hospital in critical condition and later died from those injuries on Friday morning…
