ST. LOUIS — The sounds of Greek music, the smell of sizzling souvlaki, and trays of fresh baklava are returning to St. Louis this Memorial Day weekend as the annual St. Louis County Greek Fest kicks off Friday at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Town and Country.
Hosted by Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, the four-day festival runs May 22 through May 25 and invites visitors to experience authentic Greek culture through traditional food, live music, folk dancing, church tours, and family-friendly entertainment.
Festival organizers say this year’s event will once again feature many fan-favorite menu items including gyros, lamb shank, dolmades, spanakopita, souvlaki sandwiches, and a wide selection of Greek pastries like baklava…
