Yesterday maxed out at 61℉ in the morning and then stayed in the 50s in the afternoon. Today, most of the region is likely to STAY IN THE 50s. An east wind has socked us in with a cool and damp air mass, while periods of rain will continue more on than off all day!

The needed rainfall has spread out a little more, but is still missing coastal areas. While inland, the big winners have been across the Northern Shenandoah and Western Maryland, where over 2 inches of rain has already fallen. More on the way.
