WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police have charged one adult and three juveniles following an investigation into an armed carjacking reported last month near West 2nd Street and Ogle Avenue.
According to investigators, officers responded at approximately 7:15 p.m. on April 5 for a reported armed carjacking in the area.
