CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A local man is in custody for allegedly firing a shot at a woman in his apartment.
Sixty-one-year-old David Williams appeared in court Saturday morning. Prosecutors say a woman had come by Williams’ apartment on Beecher Street in Walnut Hills on Friday. Williams’ attorney says he had evicted her from the apartment earlier that week and shot at her when she forced her way into the home to take her things back.
“He fired a warning shot not directed at this individual, but to say, ‘Hey, get out of here. I am in physical danger. I’m asking you to leave,'” Williams’ lawyer said in court Saturday…
