MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Eli Lilly, the pharmaceutical company, is suing several people and a network of pharmacies affiliated with the Church of God in Christ over an alleged fraudulent drug rebate scheme tied to the diabetic drug, Trulicity.
Eli Lilly and Company have filed a 66-page federal civil complaint in the Southern District of Florida against DrugPlace, INC. and others alleging that there was a $200 million pharmaceutical rebate fraud scheme taking place from 2020-2025.
