ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Over 3,000 RG&E customers are without power on Saturday afternoon.
According to RG&E’s outage list as of 6:22 p.m., 3,961 customers have lost power. 3,759 of the outages have been reported in Monroe County.
