Toledo man accused of OVI crash into building on Monroe Street, court records say

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man is accused of crashing into a building on Monroe Street while under the influence, according to court records.

Court documents allege officers found Robert, Lockett, 27, of Toledo in the driver’s seat of a vehicle that crashed into the building.

Officers said he showed signs of intoxication, including smelling like alcohol, having red and glassy eyes, slurred speech and being unsteady on his feet. Police also said he admitted to drinking two beers earlier…
