DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) — It was a busy Saturday at Point Mallard Park, where thousands gathered to celebrate the annual Alabama Jubilee.
The Alabama Jubilee highlights hot-air balloon racing, which became popular in Decatur in the 70’s.
