GREECE, N.Y. (WROC) — Saturday’s weather was not the ideal start for Memorial Day weekend, especially for people along Old Edgemere Drive in Greece, where residents told News 8’s Dawson LeVan, they’re keeping a very close eye on water levels.
Samim Nasim is the store manager at Henry’s Convenience Market on Edgemere Drive. He says people have been buying essentials to prepare for more rain.
“It’s a little bit scary, you know, especially I mean by the water if it gets too much, you know, gets over flooded,” Nasim said. “People are stocking up with a bunch of waters, getting gas, stocking up before, in case we get too much rain overnight.”…
