EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – The Evansville/Vanderburgh County EMA is putting out a message of safety for all Tri-State boaters during this Memorial Day Weekend.
They say that river levels are rising fast due to the recent rain we’ve had, and that water currents are moving quickly and will continue for the next several days.
Also due to the recent rise in Ohio River levels, a larger than normal wood drift issue is now visible along the river banks and some large pieces are now out in the river channels…
