HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Seniors living at the Star Pointe Senior Living complex in Huntsville say they haven’t received crucial mail in weeks. Now they’re looking for answers.
Residents say mail and package deliveries stopped without notification. The tenants say that they unsuccessfully tried to reach the U.S. Postal Service’s upper management for help but got no answers about the delay.
