DENVER (KDVR) — A suspect was arrested after allegedly shooting a man in the legs in Edgewater on Friday, according to a press release from the Edgewater Police Department on Sunday.
On May 22, around 11:42 p.m., Edgewater police responded to the 2500 block of Sheridan Boulevard after receiving reports about a man who had been shot at the Lakeshore Cannabis Dispensary.

When officers arrived, they located a man outside the business, who had gunshot wounds to both legs. The officers applied a tourniquet to each leg before the man was taken to the hospital, where he still remains as of Sunday.
