CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Piccolo Spoleto is officially underway, and Charleston got a Memorial Day celebration unlike anything else, with The Seed & Feed Marching Abominable bringing their Patriotic Parade to the U.S. Custom House.
This performance was a mix of music, community, and remembrance, not just to celebrate the arts but to honor the men and women who gave everything to serve this country.
