City of Jacksonville Memorial Day Observance: The City of Jacksonville’s Military Affairs and Veterans Department along with Wounded Warrior Project will hold its annual Memorial Day Observance beginning at 8 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial Wall on East Adams Street.
