SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Authorities are searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run collision Sunday afternoon north of Deer Park that left a motorcyclist seriously injured.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash happened around 3:45 p.m. at the intersection of North Sherman Road and West Bridges Road, approximately one mile north of Deer Park.
Troopers say a southbound vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and attempted to pass another vehicle as that vehicle was turning left onto West Bridges Road. The passing vehicle struck the motorcycle on the left side before fleeing the scene…
