The Ranch Events Complex will complete work on its new event lawn in time for the Larimer County Fair this fall, bringing a cleaner, more vibrant space for the annual festival and for concerts and other attractions year-round.
Construction on the new lawn, part of Phase II of the Ranch Master Plan, a sweeping series of upgrades meant to help the complex become financially self-sustaining in the coming years, began in October, and is set to be finished next month.
