A little Colorado cafe that has been around since 1990, resides in the terminal of the Greeley-Weld County Airport. It’s fun too watch the planes come and go, while you enjoy a great breakfast or lunch.

Captains Table was known as Barnstormer from 1990 until new ownership took over the spot. that serves breakfast and lunch daily, in 2025. A former employee who’d worked at the cafe for a longtime bought the cafe when the previous owners were ready to “fly,” so to speak.
It reminds me of how Panhandler’s in Fort Collins was going to close for good, when a former employee bought and reopened the restaurant across town. It’s always nice to keep a long-running restaurant in the family, even if it’s not “blood relative” family…
