The 98th Rooftop Rodeo will kick off with the annual Rooftop Rodeo Parade at 10 a.m. Monday, July 6.
The parade will begin at Performance Park on West Elkhorn Avenue and travel east along Elkhorn Avenue before ending at the Estes Park Events Complex, 1125 Rooftop Way. Spectators are encouraged to gather along West and East Elkhorn avenues and in Bond Park to watch the procession.
Road closures will begin at 9 a.m. on Elkhorn Avenue and downtown intersections from Spruce Drive to the U.S. 34/U.S. 36 intersection. Additional closures on U.S. 36/North Saint Vrain Avenue are expected at approximately 10:15 a.m. Traffic will be detoured, and all the roads are expected to reopen by noon…
