A jackalope beneath a crescent moon has appeared on the front doors of the former Pizza Hut at 1075 Pennock Place, signaling a new chapter for the longtime Fort Collins building.
The logo belongs to Trickster Bakery & Cafe, a new business that plans to transform the space into a neighborhood bakery and coffee spot, according to co-owner Jenn Lewis.
