Longmont is celebrating a major milestone after city officials announced the community has surpassed an estimated population of 104,178 residents, becoming one of a handful of Colorado cities to reach six figures.
The milestone was recognized this week during a celebration hosted by the City of Longmont and the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce, where officials embraced the longtime community nickname “Longmonsters.”
