After five years of serving hand-rolled pies and fostering community, Sunny Sky Pies, a Fort Collins pie shop and food truck, is preparing to close on Oct. 10.
Owner Erin Margenau announced the closure in a Sept. 29 social media post, saying continuing the business would require compromises she wasn’t willing to make.
