Fort Collins has no shortage of diverse and delicious restaurants, but one establishment has the unique distinction of being the first of its kind in Northern Colorado. Yellow Crunch has only been open for a few weeks, but the brand-new eatery is already becoming a fast favorite for Fort Collins residents. Maybe because it’s the first authentic Colombian restaurant to come to the area, filling a flavorful void that previously existed.
