The Town has received the results of the Internal Affairs investigation related to the civilian Police Department employee currently on leave. The City of Evans conducted the internal affairs investigation. Four of the allegations of violations of Town and Police Department policy were substantiated. These violations did not involve members of the public. Appropriate disciplinary action is being taken, and the employee will be removed from administrative leave this week.
